ACHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center and licensed primary care clinic.
We provide Family Medicine and Dental Care, with additional specialists in Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Podiatry and Optometry.
ACHC Clinics are located across Fresno, Kings and Tulare counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains the sanitation of assigned clinic(s).
Clean all assigned areas including but not limited to exam rooms, hallways, restrooms, common areas, nursing stations, handrails, waiting rooms, utility rooms, and offices.
EXAMPLE OF TASKS
Wipe all railings in your assigned area each day and dusts mop all assigned area daily, moving furniture away from walls.
Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Empties wastebaskets, transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Follow established safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals and use as directed.
Adhere to ACHC, OSHA, State and Federal safety standard precautions, i.
e.
, infectious control, PPE’s and isolation rooms.
May Operate mechanical floor cleaners, polishers and vacuums.
Responsible for completing assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
Assures proper quantities of paper towels, toilet tissue, toiler seat covers, bottled water, trash can liners, and other supplies as assigned.
Performs light maintenance duties, routines, and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
