Standard Rebuild.
The transfer case will be washed in the ultrasonic washer to ensure all old oil and metal shavings are removed.
Once thoroughly cleaned and inspected, it will be completely rebuilt along with the following: • New Bearings • New Seals • New Gaskets Keep in mind, it takes two or more transfer cases sometimes to rebuild 1.

The exterior will be cleaned enough to be handled during installation.
May still be oily to the touch.

If you wish to rattle can it yourself, I do provide media blasting services and will take it down to bare metal.
It will be up to you to put final prep for rattle can on the case.

At a minimum, I highly recommend powder coating your case.
It will stop the cast iron from continuing to rust and protect it from all elements, including your leaky engine/transmission oil and road salt.
It's far stronger and superior to paint.
The transfer case will come completely drained.
Fluid for your case may be available upon inquiry, you must fill your case.
It is your responsibility to fill the transfer case to the appropriate level with the appropriate oil.

A shipping quote will be provided when an address is received.
For the lowest shipping rate a business(commercial) address must be provided.
I will verify it is commercial through USPS database, as I don't set the standard for address types.
Shipping cost will vary depending on relative location.
