For sale for parts or fix upper - $1,000 (Reedley)

Read post carefully before responding.
I have a car for sale for in whole for parts or buy to fix up.
It will need about $400 to get back on the road.
The car was recently hit while parked on street parking so it does have damage on front driver side.
The tags are $240 expired June 2023.
The car does start "GURANTEED"but it does need a really good battery charge or just a new battery.
Other wise the car is pretty descent I just don't have the extra money to put in it at the moment.
