MARS Group is looking for an experienced candidate to fill the role of Administrator for one of our newest EBSH facilities.

The Administrator is accountable for all facility operations and personnel issues while being the point of contact for all agencies and be responsible for the facility to maintain compliance with CCL and Regional Center regulations.
Administrator duties include, but not limited to: * Enforce the facility's policies, program design and budget; * Maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records; * When applicable, report to the licensee on the operation of the facility and provide the necessary interpretations of recognized standards of care and supervision; * Recruit, employ, and provide training for qualified staff, and the termination of staff that perform in an unsatisfactory manner.
As per Title 17, the Administrator will assure the development, implementation and maintenance of a written facility staff training plan; * Responsible for employee training and documentation, and the maintenance of employee and client files; * Develop an administrative plan and procedures to define lines of responsibility, equitable workloads and staff supervision.
The Administrator will supervise all direct-care staff; * Supervise the direct-care staff while they are on duty until such time they feel staff is capable and knowledgeable to work independently.
Administrators will have record of ongoing continuing education/training; * Meet with staff at least once a week or as often as necessary to discuss any challenges and required action; * Ensure the provision of services to the client as required by applicable law and regulations.
This includes services identified in the client pre-admission appraisal and Individual Program Plan (IPP); * Arrange for special provisions to provide adequate care, supervision, safety, and guidance of client with disabilities including visual and auditory deficiencies; * Arrange for the client to attend available community programs to fulfill needs identified in the individual program plan; * Plan and provide equipment and supplies for recreational activities within the facility and the community, including transportation; * Must have the personal characteristics, physical energy and competence to provide care and supervision and, work effectively with social agencies; * Direct client screening, participation in all IBSP/IPP meetings or appointing an appropriate designee, and ensure all necessary reports are completed; and * Serve as liaison between clients, KRC and CCL representatives, and family.
*Qualifications:* * Training and experience that demonstrates an ability to perform the functions and duties required in Title 22 and 17 regulations; * Must be at least 21 years old; * Have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience providing direct care or supervision and special services to persons with developmental disabilities; * Hold a certificate or be a professional in one of the following professions: * Licensed Psychiatric Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional; * Hold a high school diploma or GED; * Currenlty holds or willing to obtain Adult Residential Certification; * Knowledge to provide care and supervision needed by clients, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients; * Effective communication skills; * Case management activities including coordination with other services; * Ability to comply with applicable law and regulations; * Organizational planning, structuring, and time management skills; * Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents; * Must have good character and an enduring reputation of personal integrity; * Willing to submit to physical (health screening performed by or under the supervision of a physician) that includes a TB test; * Obtain fingerprint clearance before working with clients; * CPR & FIRST AID certification (renewed annually); * Complete yearly continuing education as required by Title 22 and Title 17; * Direct Support Professional Certification (DSP) I and II; and * CPI trained Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.
