The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising focused behavior services (FBS) as well as Comprehensive Behavior Services (CBS) and managing a team of case supervisors, in addition to providing fieldwork supervision to qualified candidates.
Progress Monitoring and frequent collaboration with the clinical director are essential, as well as ongoing fidelity program checks.
Case Supervisors will train and supervise behavior therapists, using principles and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis as well as provide ongoing parent training.
*Duties*:
* Supervises FBS, CBS and Case Supervisor programs in-home, out in the community, in schools, utilizing ABA for learners ages 1-17 years old, and some adult services as needed.
* Clinical Responsibilities:
* Schedules and on-going home visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, and provide parent coaching.
* Maintains weekly progress monitoring and fidelity checks according to the treatment plan and collaborates with case supervisors on programing goals
* Implements initial assessments (indirect and direct FBA) and writes treatment plans
* Develops and trains Behavior Therapists and Case supervisors on Behavior Support Plans as needed and insures fidelity monitoring of the BSP.
* Writes treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources.
* Assists Clinical Director in developing and leading staff training for Behavior Therapists.
* Holds monthly clinical meetings with family.
* Travel is required.
* Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
* Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.

* Administrative Responsibilities:
* Responsible for meeting 110 billable hours per month requirement
* Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks that meets the requirements of regulatory agencies and funding sources, and is HIPAA compliant.
* Track direct and indirect client services for each client.
* Assist scheduler in the process of assigning Behavior Technicians and Case Supervisors to treatment teams based on identified needs of clients and staff.
* Maintains up to date files for all clients assigned including progress on parent goals and Clinical Supervisor’s goals.
* Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of clinical staff.
* Provide regular performance feedback to Case Supervisors and Behavior Therapists supervised related to their strengths and areas for improvement set goals for professional development
*Education/Qualifications*:
Master’s degree in related field and BCBA certification with at least one year of experience supervising ABA programs
* Must pass criminal background check
* Must have means of transportation with proof of auto insurance, driver’s license, and clean driving record
* Must pass TB test
*Skills and Abilities:*
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop, write, analyze, interpret, and implement clinical protocols
* Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environmentt
* Commitment to ongoing training and development
* Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to organizational policies and procedures (especially the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board), and assuming authority appropriately
* Superior skills in organization, time management, observation, and analytics
* Must be able to conduct sessions with clients at all levels below current position (i.
e.
, Case Supervisor, and demonstrate a session as a Behavioral Therapist)
* Must have a passion for helping individuals with disabilities
* Able to maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, protect the well-being of all clients
* Knowledgeable in Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior Training, Natural Environment Training, and other principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as knowledge of development.
