Our company is looking for a dedicated individual to join our accounting team as an accounts payable specialist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
· Receiving/Invoicing
· Accounts payable management and reporting
· Vendor calls and statement reconciliation
· Type accurately, prepare and maintain documents and records
· Research and work with purchase teams on payable issues.
· Cross train and support payables across multiple divisions.
· Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
· Auditing information
· Various report preparation
Job Requirements
· Accounts payable clerk experience
· Hands on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Good organizational skills
· Must work well as part of a team and be self-motivated
· Saturday shifts and Holiday work may be required
· Associate degree or higher; additional certifications in accounting a plus
Pay Range: $18.
00-$22.
