Solar Technician

*Job Description:* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our dynamic team.
As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems.
You will work closely with our installation team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
*Responsibilities:* * Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to design specifications and industry standards.
* Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar installations and identify any potential obstacles.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar PV systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
* Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
*Requirements:* * Previous experience in solar energy installation and maintenance preferred.
* Strong technical skills and proficiency in electrical wiring and systems.
* Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and associated components.
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
