Production Manager - is to coordinate and manage all labor, materials in the relationship of the installation schedules with the clients and customers.
What You Can Expect:
Responsible for accurate centralized scheduling for installers
Maintains staffing of employees to meet builder schedules
Participate in local home builder associations to promote out company and develop builder relationships
Responsible for hiring, termination, discipline, employee scheduling, setting work priorities, and conducting departmental meetings, training, performance evaluations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.
Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
Ensure compliance of OSHA and Company Safety policies and programs
Responsible for reviewing time-cards, fleet fuel invoices, for completions and accuracy.
Conduct random “ride along” with Field Supervisors to validate work day and interact with sub crews, field installers and customers to ensure they are following company policies and guidelines
Develop and maintain production quality program
Build relationships with builders and meet with them on a quarterly basis.
Responsible for the completion of each install completed by deadline.
Communicates with branch manager, sales team to address any work order issues and provide progress reports per each job order

To Be Successful:
High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in Construction / Project Management
Associates degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of management experience
Hands on experience in residential construction, and knowledge of insulation field
Proficient in Microsoft word products including word, excel and outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve and able to make decisions
Excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task
Able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Must have a valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Saturday
Pay: $41,600.
00 - $62,400.
00 Annual Salary
Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report, Background Check (if applicable) to be completed, contingent upon employment.
For Your Safety:
Able to walk through construction sites, up and down ladders or scaffolds.
Able to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license.
