General Labor

Overview: This is an entry-level position that supports production by sweeping, cleaning and operating various pieces of equipment.
Responsibilities: Clean-up product around tanks and other equipment.
Operate forklift to support production on a daily basis.
Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.
Available for overtime work on a scheduled or call-in basis, as necessary.
Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
Qualifications: A high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Ability to pay attention to detail among constant distractions.
Ability to communicate concerns/problems to manager/supervisor on a professional level.
Physical Requirments: Continuously lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 50-pounds; regularly lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 75-pounds.
Continuously shovel material.
Frequently stoop/crouch/bend/climb/push/pull objects to complete the essential functions of this position.
Vision sufficient to safely perform the essential job tasks.
Environment: Continuously exposed to outdoor/uncontrolled weather conditions.
Regularly exposed to work near moving parts/equipment.
Regularly exposed to dust.
Regularly exposed to moderate to severe noise levels.
Occasionally exposed to chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
The pay range for this position is $16.
50/hr - $19.
25/hr.
