The right candidate will be motivated, optimistic, and possess a strong work ethic as well as a desire to support a team of individuals who are committed to excellence.
This individual must possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, be committed to providing excellent customer service and work well on their own as well as in a team environment.
This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Must be proficient working with Windows 7 (or above), Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Explorer, as well as having the ability to operate various types of office equipment.

Type 40+ WPM
Bilingual (spoken and written) in English & Spanish preferred
Essential Functions include (but are not limited to):
Cheerfully, enthusiastically, and professionally greeting Clients and Prospective Clients both in person and on the telephone.
Answering customer inquiries, directing calls to appropriate account managers, and providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Accept and process multiple forms of payments for client policies
General Clerical duties including scanning, faxing, and daily preparation of outgoing mail
Opening, sort and distributing incoming mail
Provide assistance to Insurance Account Managers and Sales Agents by performing a variety of industry specific tasks.

Salary dependent upon experience.
