I work full-time,keep to myself, and am going to take over my buddy's country house between reedley and Sanger.
It's a 3 bedroom, with one sunroom, a garage, and 2 bedrooms on a few acres.
I'm a trucker and play music but don't do drugs and barely drink.
I'm cool if you drink or are 420 friendly or plan on growing some personal stuff I really dont care what you do as long as you don't do coke, have a steady job, references, and a decent credit score.
I like art, music, build choppers, fix classic cars, disappear for weeks at a time sometime but pay my bills and respect other peoples stuff.
I do plan on throwing music shows once or twice month on my day off and plan on using one of the rooms to start a personal recording studio so if you're cool with that HMU.
Idc what you do when I'm not there but please don't be the type of person that lets "friends" take advantage of them by staying at their place all the time.
My last roommate had 5+ people there daily and some tried to secretly move in.

I like upfront, artsy, weirdos, extra points if you play am instrument or know graphic design, or martial arts.
The spot is $1800 month I don't mind paying more than half even though the heavy work season is starting and I'll rarely be there
