The room has furniture that will be rented AS IS; please do not bring more furniture.
This area is ideal, preferably for members of the armed forces.
We are a family of two, plus a puppy; we are looking for responsible people.
Our guests must understand that overnight guests will not be accepted into the house.
People who smoke or use drugs are not taken; the contract is month to month, three months minimum.
