We will be training and starting work at one location with the opportunity to move to another local location.
Saturday's will be a required work day.
Sundays are always off.

*Job requirements:*
*Self storage experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with the following skills: Retail sales and customer service experience with a background in cash management.
Other qualities include a dependable, reliable person capable of self supervision.
Solid computer and telephone skills are essential to working in this industry.
All applicants should be organized, personable, and must enjoy working in a service industry.
Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays is a must.
Prior to starting you must pass a background check and must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
This job may require working at different self storage facilities in the local area.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Individual must have exceptional organizational and detail skills.

*Pay range for the position is between $20 - $25 depending on qualifications.
Bonus incentives may be available after probationary period.
Incentives after probation period include but are not limited to 401K retirement matching, vacation pay, sick pay, fun work enviroment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the storage facility operations
- Ensure efficient and effective use of storage space
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
- Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of storage units
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Train and supervise storage facility staff, including conducting employee orientation and training programs
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect stored items
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing rental agreements
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage facility
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the storage or retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in retail math for inventory control purposes
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and systems
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote storage unit rentals
- Ability to sell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions
