Monthly Property Site Visit (Visalia, CA)

We are looking to hire an individual to conduct a monthly site visit of our retail shopping center.
This will require you to have reliable transportation to and from the center.
We will need the following during a site visit: -Fill out a report of the condition of the center -Visit all of the tenants to see if there are any complaints or concerns -Take pictures of the property -Provide the report to us monthly -No experience required but must be professional and courteous to all tenants We pay you directly after we receive the report.
Pay: Pictures and tenant reports: $200 (Every other month) Just pictures of the property: $100 (Every other month) TOTAL ANNUAL PAY: $1,800 *You choose when you want to go during the month but must be during business hours.
