Position Overview: Bilingual Medical Assistant with Pediatrician Experience
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant with pediatrician experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Providing prompt medical support to pediatric patients under the guidance of our healthcare providers.
Assisting with scheduling pediatric appointments and maintaining accurate medical records.
Collaborating closely with our pediatricians to administer vaccinations and medications.
Measuring vital signs, such as blood pressure, and recording them accurately.
Conducting pediatric-specific medical procedures, including breathing treatments, ECGs, and urine tests.
Assisting pediatricians during patient examinations, making children and their families feel comfortable.
Offering basic education and information to parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and questions.
Ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of pediatric examination rooms and equipment.
Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant with a focus on pediatrics.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
Strong knowledge of pediatric medical procedures and regulations.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record Systems for pediatric charting is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and families.
Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
