*Jericho Care* is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic *Activities Assistant/CNA* to join our team at *Vineyard Care Cente*r in Reedley, CA.
As an Activities Assistant/CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities.

*Job Duties*
- Assist in planning and organizing a variety of activities for residents, such as games, crafts, exercise classes, and outings
- Engage residents in socialization and conversation to promote emotional well-being
- Provide support during meal times and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the activity director to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
*Experience*
- Previous experience working in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings is preferred
- An active CNA license is required.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and recreational therapy is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with seniors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
