Lost or stray dogs (Tulare)

Dogs are often seen on campus at TWHS but a couple have been around longer than usual like they got dumped or maybe lost.
I’m guessing the latter but thought I’d post in case someone was looking for their pet or if they want to adopt one.
One is an adorable female puppy- looks like a smaller breed Heeler mix and is a bit skiddish but is sweet as can be once she knows you can be trusted.
The other is a medium, adult, golden/ curly fur, male dog.
He sits behind the fence staring into street as if he’s waiting for owners to pick him up.
Heartbreaking.
He’s very friendly.
I already have a stray we took in a year or so ago along with a toddler so my plate is too full to take any more but reaching out in hopes of a miracle for these sweethearts.
If anyone recognizes them as their own or is interested in taking in, please let me know.
