Comes with a SIZEWIZE ENVY G SERIES pressure redistribution mattress in great shape.
Has remote control, 2 side rails, head & footboards & removable trapeze.
Head & foot raise up & down, entire bed goes up & down, even goes all the way to ground and it can even sit oyou up.
