Assistant Tutor

Responsibilities: - Guide students through worksheets in math and reading subjects.
- Grade homework and classwork for pre-school-12th grade aged students.
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and learning technologies to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Adapt tutoring techniques to accommodate students with special education needs or learning disabilities.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
Requirements: - Prior experience working with children.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn.
