We are needing an experienced and great Customer Service Representative in Farmersville to join our team.
The individual we are looking for is to be qualified, detailed orientated, and a team player to work in our Fire Division.
The Customer Service Representative must be very outgoing, driven for success, and must be able to work in a high paced environment.
We have a team approach and provide outstanding customer service.
*Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Customer Service Representative:*
Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Ability to provide support to both the customers and team.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
Ability to promote company services and products.
Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports and other documents.
Ability to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries.
*Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Customer Service Representative opening:*
Understand and ability to apply general rules to delinquent accounts.
Great interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail.
Maintain the cleanliness of the organization of workspace
Able to maintain effective communication with other employees.
Able to prepare itemized statements, bills or invoices in order to compute fees and charges due.
