AAA Quality Services is looking for a part time Customer Services Representative in the Fire Division.
*Job Summary:* We are needing an experienced and great Customer Service Representative in Farmersville to join our team.
The individual we are looking for is to be qualified, detailed orientated, and a team player to work in our Fire Division.
The Customer Service Representative must be very outgoing, driven for success, and must be able to work in a high paced environment.
We have a team approach and provide outstanding customer service.
*Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Customer Service Representative:*  Provide excellent customer service to customers.
 Ability to provide support to both the customers and team.
 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
 Ability to promote company services and products.
 Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports and other documents.
 Ability to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries.
*Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Customer Service Representative opening:*  Understand and ability to apply general rules to delinquent accounts.
 Great interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail.
 Maintain the cleanliness of the organization of workspace  Able to maintain effective communication with other employees.
 Able to prepare itemized statements, bills or invoices in order to compute fees and charges due.
 Enthusiastic approach to customer service.
