As Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing a positive team member experience by supporting our team member housing operations.

Benefits at Sequoia Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401k with company match* Paid vacation days and holidays* Paid parental bonding leave* Tuition or professional certification reimbursement* Weekly pay Free shift meal daily Employee discounts - 40% off food and beverage, 20% off retail Referral bonus – earn $200 for each eligible referral Training and development with opportunities for internal mobility and growth including the chance to work at our other locations nationwide *Available for full-time, year-round team members Responsibilities Provide support for Team Member housing by assisting with check ins, check outs, housing orientation, transportation, room turns, and collection of housing fees Thoroughly clean communal areas, grounds, and rooms; inspect all ares of housing, ensuring sanitation and safety; report issues Schedule, attend to, and follow up on all cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, and deficiencies related to housing Communicate and enforce housing guidelines and document deviations from the guidelines; escalate concerns to the Site or HR Manager Operate company vehicles for transportation across the property and other business locations as needed Support great team member experience by assisting with social events for residents in housing Assist with the J1 and H2B program Qualifications High School Graduate or GED preferred Previous housing, cleaning or relevant experience preferred A valid driver's license Physical Requirements Working in a variety of temperatures and weather Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs and step stools, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Manual dexterity sufficient for cash handling and typing duties Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish currency and reports Who We Are Sequoia National Park offers an opportunity to see the giant Redwoods that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
