Recently updated 3-bed, 2-bath home, perfect for first-time buyers or families wanting to downsize.
The modern interior features stylish light fixtures, a remodeled kitchen with Quartz countertops, and renovated bathrooms.
I am a hard-working, reliable, responsible person looking for affordable housing, preferrably a room with own bathroom in Lincoln City and nearby areas.
My ad is a little different in that I'm going to come right out and say rents in general are outrageous all over.
Cost of living has gone up as well which includes groceries, insurance, etc, etc.
Of course wages, etc.
have not kept up so the rift between the two has probably never been greater at least in quite a while.
What I would like to find is someone who could offer truly affordable rent in exchange for me taking care of yardwork, housework, and minor maintenance.
I also work on computers, and other electronics troubleshooting on the side.
