Community Manager (Tulare)

Full-time Community Manager for an Over "55" Community Looking for a full time Community Manger to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.
Prior Management experience and familiarity with WMA, MRL and Rent Manager.
Responsibility Include: Daily inspection of community grounds and facilities Scheduling maintenance & Vendors Maintaining property and resident files Weekly property status reporting Managing delinquency, collection, and evictions.
Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Eagerness to learn Flexibility Must pass background check including DMV, Credit, criminal and drug screen.
Must have reliable vehicle, drivers licenses, insurance and registration.
