Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Process payroll and assist with benefits administration - Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Coordinate training and development programs for employees - Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents Experience: - 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred - Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Must have valid driver's license -Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team and make a positive impact on our organization, we encourage you to apply.
